Ann Ferraguto

Principal

In addition to founding AirProjects over 20 years ago, Ann Ferraguto has more than 30 years of experience providing analysis, planning management, and implementation consulting services for real estate and airport developments. Ann has managed numerous concession planning and solicitation teams over the years. She served as the Co-Principal investigator for the ACRP “Handbook on Improving Terminal Design to Increase Revenue Generation and Customer Satisfaction.” Prior to founding AirProjects, Ann worked for major airport and transportation consulting firms, Ernst & Young’s national real estate practice, a Washington, DC area real estate developer, and the Metropolitan Washington Airports. She has B.A. degrees in economics and finance and an M.A. in finance. In her spare time, Ann enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, and exploring new places.

 
 
 
 

Jim DeCock

Associate Director

Jim DeCock has more than 24 years of experience in the airport concession industry, including planning, implementing, and managing award-winning dining and retail programs that maximize customer service and revenue.  Jim worked in the Revenue Generation & Partnership Development Department at San Diego International Airport (SAN) for over 10 years.  He was heavily involved in the Airport’s Terminal 2 “Green Build” as well as the redevelopment of the entire concession program and management approach.  In his last few years at SAN, Jim served as the Interim Director overseeing the Revenue Generation and Small Business Departments and was heavily involved in concession planning efforts for the future Terminal 1.  He spent 13 years at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, assisting with their largest concession revitalization program, which included the redevelopment of more than eighty concession units.  Jim has been involved with Airports Council International-North America (ACI-NA) for many years and is a past chair of the Commercial Management Committee.  In addition to his airport career, he has over twenty years of restaurant experience with more than fifteen years as a partner in multiple restaurants, which included operational, financial, planning, and construction responsibilities. 

 
 
 
 

Staci Saker

SENIOR MANAGER

Staci Saker has significant experience in the airport industry developing, planning, implementing and providing ongoing support for concession programs.  Prior to AirProjects, Staci worked at the Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW) where her primary responsibility was operations management across all concession contracts.  She was a key team member involved in the redevelopment of the food service program in the Evans Terminal, including program management for the build-out of the concessions.  In addition to managing projects across multiple airport departments, Staci also worked in the Technology Services Department where she was responsible for a multi-year program to implement digital directories.  Staci gained over 20 years of experience in the technology sector prior to her work at DTW.  With a focus on improving efficiency and enhancing the customer experience, she designed global processes and customer service solutions to meet demanding internal and external customer requirements.  On behalf of General Motors, Staci lived and worked in Germany, updating their Customer Contact Centers’ processes and technology.  Staci also has experience working in the retail and food service industries with responsibilities that included staffing, financials, operations, and customer engagement.

 
 
 
 

Amelia Lowe

Manager

Amelia joined AirProjects in 2022 after working as a project manager for an environmental nonprofit where she was responsible for the co-management of the organization’s projects, proposal writing, legislative support, research, and written and media content creation.  She has been conducting local, consumer, industry, and real estate market research; analyzing concession performance and passenger data to assist in the preparation of market and data-driven projections for supportable concession space; assisting in the development of concession plans and RFPs; testing the financial feasibility of future concession programs; and preparing concession sustainability initiatives for application at airports. Amelia has a B.A. in Environmental Science and Policy and History from William & Mary.  She enjoys spending time outside and baking in her free time.

Emily Escrader

Office Manager

Emily has over 30 years of commercial project administration and office management experience and has been with AirProjects for more than 10 years.  A native of London, UK, Emily earned a Higher National Diploma in Retail & Commercial Interiors at the University of the Arts, London.  Emily oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, assists with project assignments, and maintains AirProjects’ DBE and WBE certifications in more than 25 jurisdictions.
