The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority hired AirProjects to assist the Authority in the planning, development, and implementation of a cohesive terminal concession program encompassing all three terminals, including the planned expansion for Terminal 2 West. AirProjects performed an analysis of the existing concession program at the Airport and developed a new concession plan for the new Terminal 2 West that not only met the revenue goals of the Authority but also those of their tenant concessionaires. AirProjects’ work with the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority contributed to the recognition of San Diego International Airport in 2014 by Airport Revenue News as the, “Airport With The Best Concessions Program Design, Medium Airport Division” and “Airport With The Best Overall Concessions Program, Medium Airport Division.”
