AirProjects provided solicitation consulting services to the Houston Airport System prior to the issuance of the commercial advertising concession RFP for George Bush Intercontinental and William P. Hobby airports. AirProjects collected and analyzed in-terminal financial performance data for both airports and performed a high-level review of the RFP prepared by the Houston Airport System and provided recommendations regarding additional advertising locations that could enhance the revenue potential of the future advertising programs and provided a feasibility analysis to validate the business terms.
