The office is located on King Street between Patrick and Alfred Streets.
When the Charleston County Aviation Authority initiated the Terminal Redevelopment and Improvement Program (TRIP) to improve and expand the terminal, AirProjects planned the future concession program for the TRIP project and served as the concession program implementation consultant. AirProjects developed the space program; performed national, regional, and local market research; and developed the concession plan for use in the design phase. AirProjects also served as the Airport’s consultant for the implementation process. During the implementation phase, AirProjects assisted the Authority with the development of solicitation and lease documents, the planning and delivery of pre-proposal activities, the evaluation of proposals, and the review of the concession design submittals.
