David Nissenson
Mr. David Nissenson has over 21 years of consulting experience with a specific focus on real estate uses that bolsters and broadens AirProjectsí leadership role in airport concession planning. Mr. Nissensonís expertise provides our clients with skills and capabilities that include feasibility analysis, market analysis, positioning studies, due-diligence analysis, operation audits, fiscal and economic impact studies, and the economic inputs for complex master planning efforts. Mr. Nissenson has experience analyzing concession programs, conducting market research, outreach efforts, projecting sales and revenue, analyzing passenger flows, developing phasing plans, and implementing leasing efforts. Most recently, he has worked on projects at Ronald Reagan Washington National, Seattle-Tacoma International, George Bush Intercontinental and Palm Beach International airports.

Mr. Nissensonís clients have included private investors, financial institutions, cities, counties and nations. While each possessed a unique vision, every client sought an informed, objective, and honest evaluation and opinion of the opportunities at hand. These fundamental values have guided Davidís entire career.

Prior to joining AirProjects, Mr. Nissenson served as Managing Principal of Mareth Advisors in Arlington, VA, Principal with Economics Research Associates (ERA) in Washington, DC, and as a hospitality consultant with PKF in Alexandria, VA. While at ERA, Mr. Nissenson led the firmís Recreation and Resort Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Nissenson has a Bachelorís Degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
